Digital Products and Premium Content

Eligibility for Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable content, digital guides, e-books, or other digital materials are generally considered final. However, we recognize that issues can arise, and we evaluate refund requests for digital products on a case-by-case basis.

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The digital product is demonstrably defective or corrupted and cannot be accessed or used as intended
  • The digital product is substantially different from what was described at the time of purchase
  • You have experienced technical issues that prevent you from accessing the digital product, and our technical support team has been unable to resolve these issues within a reasonable timeframe

Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund for a digital product, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase. Your request should include:

  • Your order number or receipt
  • The name and date of the purchased product
  • A detailed description of the issue you've encountered
  • Any relevant screenshots or documentation that illustrate the problem

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Subscriptions and Membership Plans

Cancellation of Recurring Subscriptions

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time through your account settings on our Site or by contacting our customer service team at [email protected]. Upon cancellation:

  • You will continue to have access to subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made to your payment method for future billing periods
  • We do not offer partial refunds for the unused portion of your current billing period

Refunds for New Subscriptions

For new subscribers, we offer a satisfaction guarantee during the first 14 days of your subscription (the "Trial Period"). If you are not satisfied with your subscription during this Trial Period, you may request a full refund by contacting us at [email protected].

To qualify for this refund:

  • Your refund request must be submitted within the 14-day Trial Period
  • You must provide specific feedback about why the subscription did not meet your expectations

Please note that this Trial Period refund is available only for first-time subscribers and cannot be claimed for renewal payments or by customers who have previously received a subscription refund.

Webinars, Virtual Events, and Workshops

Cancellation Policy

For paid webinars, virtual events, or online workshops:

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event date are eligible for a full refund
  • Cancellations made 3-6 days before the event date are eligible for a 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event are not eligible for a refund

Event Changes or Cancellations by utdularalab

If utdularalab reschedules, substantially modifies, or cancels an event, you will be offered one of the following options:

  • Access to the rescheduled or modified event
  • Transfer of your registration to another upcoming event of similar value
  • A full refund of your registration fee

In the case of event cancellation by utdularalab, refunds will be processed automatically within 10 business days.

Consulting or Premium Services

For personalized consulting services, coaching sessions, or other premium services:

  • Cancellations made 48 or more hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling without penalty
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost
  • Failure to attend a scheduled service without prior notice ("no-show") will result in forfeiture of the payment, with no refund issued

For packages of multiple sessions or ongoing services, custom refund terms may be specified in your service agreement, which will supersede this general policy.

Exceptions and Special Circumstances

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using a purchased product or service, please contact our technical support team at [email protected] before requesting a refund. Our team will work with you to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund even outside the standard refund periods.

Extenuating Circumstances

We recognize that unexpected events can occur. In cases of serious illness, family emergency, or other exceptional circumstances that prevent you from using a purchased product or service, please contact us with relevant documentation. We will review such cases individually and may extend refund eligibility at our discretion.

Payment Processing and Timing

When a refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase
  • Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution
  • Bank transfers or other payment methods may take longer to process

Please note that we cannot control the processing time once the refund has been initiated through your payment provider.

Promotional Offers and Discounted Purchases

Products or services purchased using promotional codes, special offers, or significant discounts (more than 50% off regular price) may have limited or no refund eligibility. Any special refund terms will be clearly communicated during the purchase process for such promotional offers.

Right to Modify Policy

utdularalab reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

Changes to this policy will not affect refund eligibility for purchases made prior to the policy update.
