Use License

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, utdularalab disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

utdularalab does not warrant that:

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Latvia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, the Site or these Terms shall be instituted in the courts of Latvia. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Latvia, and agree that venue in these courts is proper in any such legal action or proceeding.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease.
